From this elevated lookout guests can enjoy a particularly picturesque view of the surrounding countryside, vineyards and the Sibillini Mountains, stretching all the way to the seashore.

Equipped with a king-sized bed on the lower floor and a lounge with a couch-bed on the upper level, air and heat conditioning, minibar, lobby on direct dial, satellite lcd tv, bathrobes and hairdryer.
